Air Logistics and Aviation Business Park
This aviation business park is located in southwest Ohio and within 600 miles of 61% of all U.S. and Canadian manufacturing locations and within a day’s drive of 60% of the U.S. population. It is also home to a diverse transportation system. The Air Park includes a fully functional airport featuring two runways, CAT III instrumentation and a staffed control tower. The public access airport uses a PPR system to monitor traffic at the 1,900-acre facility.
The Air Park can accommodate virtually any air and ground logistics need. Great over-the-road access is accommodated by a recently completed upgrade of State Route 73 creating a 10-minute drive on a 4-lane divided highway to I-71.
Nearly 3 million square feet of leasable office/warehouse/industrial space on the airport and surrounding property allow for a variety of opportunities while a well-managed overhead enables very competitive lease rates.
This aviation business park is located in the heart of Ohio’s aerospace and logistics region. The region includes three international passenger-service airports, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio’s largest single employer with nearly 30,000 employees. Ohio ranks 4th in the country for logistics. The park boosts tenants that include large air logistics headquarters as well as smaller aviation and logistic businesses.
To fly into the Wilmington Air Park, please complete the PPR (Prior Permission Required).
