Redevelopment Study Providing Useful Data for Aviation Site Selection & Cargo Airport Site
In 2011, Jones Lang LaSalle was hired to lead a team which would conduct a thorough study on the redevelopment of the Wilmington Air Park. The overarching goals of the plan were to 1)
identify potential economic development opportunities at the property and 2) provide a series of recommended actions that will enable the CCPA to capitalize on the economic development opportunities.The project was funded by the Ohio Department of Development and the US Economic Development Agency.
